The server is either located at the customer or in a professional data centre which operates ticket. international with Deutsche Telekom. 

In the event of line failure at one location, the product line "DOLPHIN" offers an offline-mode. This ingenious mechanism remains the site is fully operational and can continue its ales without interruption.
